Retention: Data is kept only for active operations, security auditing, and lawful accounting requirements. Unneeded data is periodically removed.

Processors: Infrastructure and billing providers (eg hosting, database, Stripe) may process data strictly on our instructions.

Jurisdiction: Service operations are managed from Poland and interpreted under applicable Polish/EU law.
